Dimitris is a professional chef, who is also a total gymaholic. Since the age of 14 he got into training and fitness became his lifestyle. He got 3rd place in Men’s Physique category and a week later, fully prepared, he got 1st place in 29th IFBB National Championship for the same category. In 2016 he got the 2nd place in the IFBB Greek cup and finally in 2018, he got 1st place in IFBB Nafplio Elite Pro and became the only Greek athlete who got an IFBB Pro Card, in this competition. His personal moto is in total compliance with Gold Touch Nutrition: “if u do it, do it right”
