Lab testing

Every batch we make is checked in our own laboratory and tested for microbiology in an independent accredited laboratory. On selected batches we go further, with extended analyses and we publish those reports in full. This page lists these extended reports.

Every batch we make is tested in our own lab. On top of that, we send finished products to independent laboratories at regular intervals, with a focus on heavy metals, and we publish the reports in full. This page lists every report, newest first.

Three checkpoints
from raw material ... to finished product

1. Approved ingredients

We source from an approved list of established suppliers. Each raw material has certificate of analysis, and we verify its key parameters against specification on arrival. We also test materials independently as part of approving suppliers.

2. Checked before release

Every batch goes through quality checks in our own laboratory and microbiological testing in an independent laboratory before release. The results stay with the batch record, so each pack can be traced back to its tests.

3. Independent analysis

At regular time intervals we send finished products to independent laboratories for extended analyses, such as heavy metals, protein content, amino acid profile and nutritional values. We publish these reports in full.

Questions about
our testing

Every batch goes through identity and quality checks in our own laboratory, and through microbiological testing in an independent laboratory, before release.

We buy only from an approved list of established suppliers. Each raw material arrives with its certificate of analysis and specification, and we verify its key parameters against that specification upon arrival. We also test materials independently as part of approving suppliers.

Microbiology on every batch. On selected batches we also run extended analyses, such as heavy metals, protein content, amino acid profile and nutritional values, at regular intervals
