Anestis Mano is a personal trainer who is currently working as a Pilates instructor at a big gym Firm. He is also studying Physical Education & Sports Science in the university of Thessaloniki.
This year his ambition of excellence and prefect natural physique brought him to the national bodybuilding Championship, where he got silver medal in his category (Men’s physique +1.79).
