Kosmas Kaffes is part of DFT. DFT is a group of young athletes from Larisa-Greece that are involved into parkour/ free running. Starting from a really young age, Kosmas started working out at the squares and parks of Larisa to practice parkour. It took many years of practicing, exploring the abilities of his own body and getting stronger through training, to get to this point. For him Parkour is not just about technique and attitude. It’s about freedom of move and exploring boundaries with a different perspective, navigating through the urban scenery in a new way, potentially dangerous but worthwhile. He is also a personal trainer and he currently teaching Parkour and promotes a healthy way of living, through his channel in youTube.
